Hate Crime Literature

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) have just published their annual hate crime report and PFC has got a mention -see below from page 19 of report.

"The CPS had developed guidance on prosecuting cases of transphobic hate crime.
The Homophobic and Transphobic Hate Crime Lead worked with Dr. Lewis Turner
from Press for Change to develop a one hour Lunch and Learn session for witness
care staff, prosecutors and caseworkers that incorporated the guidance as well as
Trans awareness good practice. Participants viewed the sessions as very successful.

The session received funding from the Home Office and was rolled out to two other CPS areas."
