Questions in Parliament: how to do it
How to do it
One of the most effective ways of getting ministers and back benchers to THINK about the implications of the present state of law is by having questions tabled in the House of Commons. Any MP can table a question to a minister, though by convention Ministers do not ask questions of their colleagues.
Press for Change activists have been doing this for some time, and several MPs have indicated that they’re happy to receive new ideas if your own MP has cold feet.
