The Registration form is provided in two formats, below. If you have difficulties with it then please ask us for a printed copy. You can email us at letters@pfc.org.uk or write to the address above.

Microsoft Rich Text format (RTF)	A generic document format — can be imported into most wordprocessors.
Adobe Acrobat PDF format	A format for portable documents — requires Adobe’s Acrobat reader, which you can download for free. Better results than RTF
