TranssexualsAnne Milton: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what steps the Government are taking to ensure equality of access to services for transsexuals; and if she will make a statement. [72633] Meg Munn: The Government made clear during recent parliamentary debates on the Equality Act that it will prohibit discrimination on grounds of gender reassignment in the provision of goods, facilities and services.
