Transsexual Prisoners

Dr. Lynne Jones: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when his Department will publish guidelines on the treatment of transsexual prisoners. [201854]

Paul Goggins: The Prison Service hopes to publish these guidelines by next spring.
