Transsexual Prisoners

Dr. Lynne Jones: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when his Department will publish guidelines on the treatment of transsexual prisoners. [4695]

Fiona Mactaggart: The Prison Service now hopes to publish these guidelines later this year.
